Kismet Collective was born from a love of secondhand shopping—and a frustration with how complicated it can be.
As longtime secondhand shoppers and sellers, we saw an opportunity to do things differently. Selling online can mean photographing, listing, shipping, negotiating, and waiting. Traditional resale shops often mean accepting less than your items are worth. And thrift shopping can feel overwhelming, with racks of items to dig through and little guarantee of what you'll find.
We wanted something better.
Kismet is a community resale boutique where secondhand shopping meets the experience of a thoughtfully curated boutique. Our sellers bring their best pre-loved pieces into Kismet, and we take care of the rest. Shoppers can browse women's and men's clothing, kids' clothing and accessories, home goods, and more—all in a clean, organized space designed to make finding something special feel easy and exciting.
Our booths change every week, which means there's always something new to discover. It's part of what makes Kismet so much fun: you never know what you'll find, but when you find it, it just might feel like it was meant for you.
At the heart of Kismet is a belief that good things deserve a second life. We're creating a place where people can shop more intentionally, sell more easily, support their local community, and find a little bit of magic in something that's already been loved.
